As a therapist in Cincinnati, I believe we all have the ability to achieve full and lasting happiness, but everyone needs a little help. That's where individual and marital counseling fits in. All too often we fall into the trap of thinking it's our external circumstances that dictate our happiness vs. our internal perspective, and we neglect ourselves and others while letting our problems go unresolved.
